How to download the program?

could someone guide me how to download the program.



i have tried using this link:

but i receive this message everytime i try using it:

have you also checked http://docs.simplemachines.org for the install directions?

If you get that warning, that means theres a problem connecting to the database --usually the database user or more commonly, the password is wrong.

you will need to set up a database, and a user and pass for it, you plug that information into the install script and SMF installs its tables to your database.
