how do you shift topics up/down ? within the same board

Hi.
Take for example 4 sticky locked topics. i want the first one to move down 3 positions so that it becomes the last sticky topic and it's located at the bottom, right before the normal non-sticky topics begin.

for example :
[General category] > [ General Board ]
- Topic 1 [Sticky]
- Topic 2 [Sticky]
- Topic 3 [Sticky]
- Topic 4 [Sticky]
topic5 [normal]
[...]
Would become :
[General category] > [ General Board ]
- Topic 2 [Sticky]
- Topic 3 [Sticky]
- Topic 4 [Sticky]
- Topic 1 [Sticky]
topic5 [normal]
[...]

I looked for this in the administration interface but couldn't seem to find it.

I think you solved it yourself on Jan 27th

All topics in each board are ordered on the last post.
Stickies are ordered based on 'last post' within the sub-set of sticky topics.

I don't currently know a way to alter the order of the stickies or to make them fixed (so when someone replies to the stickies, the one with the newest post doesn't go to the top).

Your topic is in the right area, so hopefully someone will eventually create a mod for it.
