Important topic section

Hello,

Im looking for a mod for my tp/smf site that basically, adds a section to each forum for important topics.

Ive found a site that uses it , ill link it so you know what i mean.

hxxp:www.judeanpeoplesfront.net/forums/index.php?board=12.0 [nonactive]

If you visit that, youll see they have 4 important topics in their own little section.

Any help would be great.

hum on that site example they seems to be sticky topics just with another name and a divider

Unfortunately, that wasnt doesnt seem to work with my site hxxp:www.martyrdomguild.com [nonactive]

I think its the 1.1.4 . As its nots even making the changes to the source files.
