board post confirmation

I know this feature will be added on smf 2.0 as default but can anyone make it a mod for v1.1.4 well probably a lot of people would find the mod usefull as they can take a while to update their forums to 2.0 after it will gets released. I mean something like when you create a board add a checkbox with the option that when a user post in that board the post will need admin or moderator aproval or someone with permission to confirm the posts or something like that.  thanks
