Is it possible in anyway that someone could have thier username in BBC code?

Like if I wanted my name in BBC code, I would want something like Soulja_Sandman

Dont quite see what you trying to. There may be a mod to do the trick too.

One bbc /me allows you to talk in 3rd person.

Well before I thought I had showed up as a glow but I guess not. Anyway I wanted to know if a username can be in shadow, glow, or color BBC code instead of the regular color.

There is currently no mod for it.

you might be able to do this by placing parse_bbc( and ); around the variable that echoes the username in Display.template.php.  Keep in mind that this will allow a member to do more than just style their text -- they'll be able to change the hyperlink entirely, or use an image, or anything that BBC allows them to do.  This is why you CAN'T use BBC in this field by default.

like this: parse_bbc($variable);

But note it does mean they could use ANY bbcode including images/flash/table etc.
