Mod that links to member's profil

I search for a mod, that makes from the posted username a link, what goes to the user's profile.
For example if I (or anyone) write down here my username, Hipphappsero, anyone could click on it, and than (s)he could see my profile, and it isn't necessary to make from it a link by myself.
