Convert ipb 2.2.1 to smf

Hi,

I have an sql backup of an ipb 2.2.1 forum that i want to move to smf. I do not have the ipb install files so cant use the provided converter. Could someone tell me how I can import the database bacup into smf?

What you can do is recreate the config.php file and point the converter to the dir where is located.  The file needs to have the correct data as well.
