Problems Translating

Hey,
I am translating SMF 1.1.4 to Bangla. But am currently facing some problems. First the problem starts with the pictures of the buttons. For example, I took Add Poll and then I changed it to Bangla by erasing the text. But that did not work. The pictures becomes pixelated. They are not like the clear pictures. So I wanted to know if there are anywhere the pictures that has the same thing without the text, could anyone just PM them to me?
