Selective Quoting , open all in new windows mods

Hi!
I know there is a vQuote mod, but i can't get it to work on 1.1.4 .
Has anyone solved this problem how to get selective quoting in SMF?.
Another feature that could be usefull is 'Open all in new windows' for the view unread page.
PhpBB has something like that I guess, that all new threads are opened in new windows.
I searched the mod site but couldn't find anything  :/
