Problems with my new forum..

I just started up a new forum and one of my members is having problems, I want to get them fixed asap because its in the paper on Wednesday! This is a copy of the email I recieved..

You have login problems etc with your new site. I wanted to paste this up in displays about parrelli hxxp:www.theticketfactory.com/online/ [nonactive]... BUT I can't do it, when I log in it tells me wrong password, then when I put it in several times I can get in, then when I go to post it chucks me off again.

The site keeps logging me out and also I have finally posted the parelli thing but not without persistence, it is not smooth yet. I get logged out when I paste it up. When it logs me off when switching pages I cannot always log back in it takes several tries, in fact I gave up and went through the 1st register email link I had.

Im not having any problems myself so bit lost on how I can fix it!! No one else has reported problems, but I don't want to chance it!
