How to make a simple html-page inside the forum to use its style?

Hi, i want to display/integrate some basic (just plain text) html-pages inside my Forum for privacy policy, Forum-Rules, and so on. It should use my Forums style, so basically just in the place where the board-listings are on frontpage.
And i dont want to install any MkPortal or Tinyportal.

How to do that? Is there a mod or else (i didn't find anything so far)...

I don't think there are any mods to do this automatically...

but essentially, you would build yourself a Sources/YOURPAGE.php and Themes/default/YOURPAGE.template.php and then add the action into the large action array in the smf root file, index.php

Cool, sounds good.....
But what to put into the "Sources/YOURPAGE.php" ? - The actual content?
And in "YOURPAGE.template.php" the styling?

This was useful to me as well. I had to tweak it a bit with the stying (basically out of package it was just inserting simple text with no table around it), but it made adding the pages much more simple than I could have manually done.
