Wierd Problem with special characters (č,š,ž)

Hello.

On my site I have problems with special characters. When I enter my page, a SMF component (mod_smf_recenttopics) is not showing (č,š,ž)., but all other modules and sites shows them. When I proceed to forum, my other menus (main menu, user menu) don't display these characters, even in my headline they disappears, but the recent topic module now shows č,š and ž. Tryed almost everything, and searched whole forum, but still didn't solve the problem.

I would really appreciate your help.

Do you use a CMS? If yes, please ask in their forum. This is the wrong place since we're only supporting SMF.
