PHP Include inside post

I want to use the php include tag inside my forum post.. Of course I would only like for admins to use this feature just the same as HTMLpermissions.. 

The Iframe mod is not what im looking for.. any way to embed another document inside of a forum post would also be handy, so it doesn't have to be php include..
