hello to all,

it sounds at this forum - that the support of the joomla bridge will go to an end,
in fact - i also hope that i can come to an end with all this update stress,

however - since there is a new joomla version 1.0.14, that covers some security points, i have to concider to update,
i have already skip the last update to 1.0.13, because of the different log_in and registration things,
so now i am interested if there could be any problem, if i start to update to joomla 1.0.14,
now i am at the 1.0.12 joomla_version

sory, no.

Just as the bridge will not work with 1.0.13, it will also not work with 1.0.14

Please do not PM, IM or Email me with support questions.  You will get better and faster responses in the support boards.  Thank you.

I have 1.0.13 and the bridge still work.

Don´t work some modules like (top users) but login/logout/register work.

baladeva, don´t work fine.

if you see in joomla the users aren´t snycronized with smf..

in my case i don´t care because what i want is login/logout in joomla module...

if i remove brigde, is there any sql script to remove

Quote/index.php?option=com_smf
from all message in forum? Because we have links in messages and if i remove that links will be lost..

thanks

as fare i know, there is now need to work on the database,
if you remove the bridge, smf  should work standalone,
only some html or css changes if you have make - you will have to make back,

links are generated by smf - so no problem,
only links that you have bring by hand inside the posts - sure the will not work, after removing the bridge
