Report a Ilegal forum

These guys are using smf forum for a warez communty,its a totall organisation and no body can bring them down I dont know how so this is the last place left to repot to.
XXXXXXXXXXXX thats the adress,please shut them down this guy is totally pissing me off.Tnx in advance.

Why not complain to their host. They are the ones that can shut them down.

As is explained in the link provided earlier, it's nothing to do with Simple Machines, if you have a problem with a particular forum, take it up with their hosts and the relevant authorities.

please realize that we only create and distribute the forum software which they use. we do not host them nor do we affiliate with them in any fashion. as such, we have no legal power over their sites beyond what we have declared in our license agreement. we cannot dictate how the software is used, unless it specifically breaches the license they accepted when installing the software. thus, while we may not like it, our hands are tied.

Bakery only bakes and sales the cake, now it's ups to customers how he/she eats that cake. Bakery can not force their customers to eat that cake only in breakfast, lunch or dinner.
That forum might illegal in your place but it could be legal in his place. Just say hosting adult site and distributing adult information might illegal in many countries but it is legal in Japan. So far if it is legal in my country and my server is in my country you can't point it illegal. If you think he/she violating the local law you may go to court and get court order and advice you local ISP to block the site.
You may inform to his/her hosting company, domain register if you wish but far of my idea hosting company and domain register will also say you the same thing.

Arguing with SMF staff and blaming them is not your solution.

Go ahead! No one will stop you. But keep in mind government Issues a driving license to drive car on road not drive over crowd of people. You may drive over crowd of people on your own risk.
