I think the best candidates are Crip and Fussilet to win They are making really nice themes. To be honest, Fussilet's last work, blue vista is his best, and really good. In my opinion, blue vista, iroyal and crip's covboy theme will be the best themes for the contest.

It only matters about the submission date, not the approval date. So as long as the theme is submitted by some point tomorrow, you'll be fine.
