Wiki Post?

I was looking for this mod, can be seen on slickdeals forums, its so the 2nd post can be edited by anyone and is a wiki post, is there a mod like this for SMF?

Damn, okay, what about this, I searched with the text membergroup, nothing..

Well, earlier I wanted to make a section of my forum accessible to all members, read only, but a certain user group can post in it other than the mods+admins.

How would I accomplish this?

I have a Technology news board and I want it that the Tech Team can only post news in it while everyone else can post replies.. I don't want the tech team to be mod either so..
