Duda con Contador de Mensajes

Me encomiendo (?) a los que saben con mi gran duda existencial

Hay alguna forma de que los "Mensajes" que se muestran debajo del Avatar de cada User
Sean solamente Mensajes referiendose a los Aportes de que Cada Uno haya hecho?

Porque por default, los Mensajes son la Suma de lo que Uno ha Aportado y lo que uno ha Comentado


Se puede poner separado eso?

Ejemplo:
Aportes (Posts): xxxx
Mensajes (Comentarios): xxxx

No dice nada EgAr eso, aparte de ke esta en "Turco" o algo asi
