ad management mod not working for non-admin

SMF 1.1.4...  I installed the ad  management mod and all went well.  I put in a test ad and I'm able to see it when logged in as admin, but as non-admin the ads are missing.  I looked under the ad management tab under admin mode and did not see any settings to enable it for non-admins.  Can any one point me the way?

Maybe in permissions?? Also are you sure there is no option to enable it under features and options?

give the appropriate groups the view ads permission.

Thanks capabmx and metallica.  The fix was in Permissions and the member groups.  I was looking in ad management and features/options.
