Fun Dice game

Wondering if its possible. have 8 people playing and they start with 2000 chips. One player rolls dice, you can bet your chips to any player if the dice rolling player can make the same number before hitting snake eyes or 7 or 11. If dice roller hits 7 or 11 on first try he wins the chips. I figure this can't be that hard to create for you geniuses. The Chess game is a smash!
