EG

I was just wondering what the changes were that were made to the index.template.php

because we have a number of themes running, with different index.template.php to that of the default... and Im a bit concerned of course, taht they wont be updated with the necessary features :-\

Owdy

Nothing important. RC2 index.template.php should work fine.

Someone can use the internet right I guess.

Right..... I don't know how to use the internet. That must be it.

Grudge

Spaceant, it may be that IE has cached the broken download?

This is the final release, and you should not have any login problems with it.  If you do, please post in General English Support or Administration and Functionality.

Thank You! At last it is out.

I have already upgraded my forum from RC2 to Final. It was very quick and easy.

Thank you once again and keep up the great work on SMF!

DeadMetal

I get the following error after upgrading from 1.0 Preview to 1.0.
I uninstalled the SMFShout mod before upgrading.

es(array_diff($boards, $deny_boards)); } ?>2: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/binaries/public_html/danielforum/Sources/Security.php:695)

What's wrong?

Grudge

I think Security.php needs to be reuploaded.

I've waited a bit to reply here, because I wanted to get some member feedback, my members that is. I didn't install RC2 until Xmas eve and then up pops the full release. I find it a good robust board, which my members like. Most problems are down to learning.

I tried out phpBB as well as SMF and I'm very pleased that we opted for SMF.

Well done.

I switched to SMF this summer after long consideration. the fact is, that neither the old YaBB nor the phpBB can compete with SMF and most people just dont want to or can not afford vBulletinBoard which in my opinion is the only software in SMF's competition range
