Members Uploading Audio Clips

I would like to give my members the option of upload their own audio clips to my forum, Does anyone know a good way of how i should go about doing this?

Just uploading it? They can attach it to their post. Just go to Admin->Attachments and Avatars. Add the audio extension in the list there and increase the file size limitation if needed.

Oh ok, But i would like to add a player on the post for their file to play on instead of linking them to another page if that makes any sense?

There is no mod that I'm aware of that will do this. I will move this over to the Mod Request board for you. Give it some time for a reply. If someone knows how to do this, they will try to make a mod out of it for you.

I have 1.1.4, and it's working fine.  Though, I'm not sure if mp3 is the only format you're looking for, it should help a bit.

Hey Jalkson! Ya iv been using that an its been working out ok *Knock on wood* Its just that i wish i could have my members upload their audio clip some where other then BOXSTr, Hey where do you store your audio files for play!?!

I'm actually trying to work that out right now.  I upload mine through FTP, but that doesn't work for every obviously.  I'm working on letting members attach the file to their post, and use the mp3 tags.  I'll let you know if I come up with anything.

Ya you know i wish someone would make a mod that would allow my members to upload audio on my forum and display a player instead of having an attachment that opens a new window when clicked on!?!
