Admin add a post comment to a specific post

Hi guys,

Im basically looking for a mod, that will give admins the ability to reply to a post within a thread and it just add a comment etc to that specific post saying Admin replied to your post saying : Soandso

Not sure if anything exist. I just run a board and quite often people will ask questions and i want to reply directly to that post ahead of all the other replies already so the person who posted it sees my direct answer

You could edit the post (being an admin).

Beyond that, things are ordered by post number. So I don't know if it is possible to make a mod that does that easily.
