HOW TO HIDE THE email ids of my users

anyone please tell me how to hide the email ids of my users.  is there option to hide the email ids.

http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=371  will hide them and link to a form to send them an email to instead

I think http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=1088 will hide them based on membergroup

I suggest one or the other
