Set groups by "time online" stats

Hello there,

The only possible criteria to set groups is by the number of posts, which in my case is not the case because my members posts are counted only in some certain threads. Is there a way to make groups according to the "time online" statistics?

For example:

Newbie ---- <=5 days online
Member ---- >5 <20 days online
expert ----   >20 days online

The problem to make workgroups by the number of posts is that people used to HUNT posting "offtopic" or "nonsense" things just to increase their post counter.
If they are after statistics, I prefer this to be done with people staying online  (or virtualy being online) trying to increase time stats, and not spamming around the forum. That will increase the traffic ....virtually.
