Error when Posting New Topic

Not sure if this is a bug or something wrong with my installation, but when I submit a new topic, I get "An Error Has Occurred!" Then I try it again and it said I already submitted that post, so I went out and it was posted... I just get the error message rather than it sending me back to the board after I post a new topic.
Replying to something that is already there was fine.


Would give a preview of what it looks like but there is no attachment option in your bugs board.

Can you try to paste the text here you are attempting to submit?
What version of SMF are you using?
Any Mods installed?
