Failing to finalise installation.

Forgive me if I sound silly, but I have just followed the process to upgrade 1.1.4 to the new 2.0 Beta 3. My problem is having gone through it all, I still have on the webpage www.zimdailyforum.com [nofollow]:

Did I miss something out? I used SmartFTP to upgrade.

Just go into settings.php and disable maintenance mode or use a tool like repair_settings.php to disable it.

What is repair_settings.php?
