Error when deleting board

I am getting the following error when I try to delete a board

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_ARRAY in /home/content/W/a/r/Waremock1/html/smf/Sources/RemoveTopic.php on line 60

7.    Todays Birthday SMF2.0    0.1.2

I have verified the problem to be SMFbuy. I tested it several times and when i have that particular MOD installed I get the error.
