Themes and mods?

Yep exactly. Even the mods I like that are prepackaged I always go through the code. You don't know who wrote it and what ability they have.

I did make the mistake of hard coding in all the mods to my 1.1.4 forum. If I had packaged them all I could have more easily prepared them for 2.0. Starting with 2.0 I have made packages for them all. So next upgrade I can just reinstall the packages. Whatever don't work should just require slight changes.

Any changes i make to SMF itself i always make sure are in package form.  It keeps things nice and easy that way most of the time :)
