Is possible to have one password for enter in ADMIN panel ? password that everybody Adminsa and Staff (with permissions( must digit for enter in admin panel ?

I had one hacker attack in my site and one guy coud enter in my admin panel as admin and changed myu index.template from admin panel so if could be possible have one password for access in admin panel this can be useful for stop this action

Yeah.. Thats could be a mod , beacuse someone hack your account on your forum, and want to destroy the forum, soo can't he access the admin panel
