Default Theme Copy Admin Panel bug

One small graphical bug to report with SMF 2.0 Public Beta 3

I copied the Default theme to make a color variant. The new theme works ok up to the point when you go into the Admin Panel where the drop-down menus are...the graphics for them do not behave correctly, meaning the tabs are no longer there - the browser substitutes the graphics for standard buttons or boxes.

I found that the new theme NEEDS the 'css' directory copied over and the index.template.php file needs to be updated to reflect that the css files are located under the 'theme_url' instead of the 'default_theme_url'. Copying the css directory and making the small change to the index.template.php file fixed the graphical issue for me here.
