MOD's awaiting approval

on the mod stats site, how about a field for how many are awaiting approval, I would love to know how many are pending so I could have an idea on how long it would take to get to a new one posted

or average wait time before approval slot

Can't even really put a time limit on it.  Mods vary by complexity, size, etc.  a simple mod with no issues with it may be approved before one that has issues the author must fix.  Its not per-se an ordered list.  Discussions are started on the oldest first, however.  it just depends on if there are problems, etc. more than not.

Generally the queue is fairly short

i just know i see the "Sick of karma" mod still pending, after weeks of looking, so didnt know what the wait time would be generally

You mean the "Advanced Reputation System"?

Thats only been in the queue for 3 days.  That particular mod there was an issue with.  the customization team and the author are working back and forth to get it fixed up

lol, i have seen his big red signature for at least a week, i thought more
does the timer restart if theres trouble with it?

hopefully its cleared soon, i want to see it in action

no, it doesnt.  the customization site wasn't opened up for 2.0 mods until 2.0 public was released, prior to that all 2.0 customizations were handled via a board in the charter member section.

he's had his mod out for awhile, it was just recently submitted though.

ahh makes sence, thats why i saw it pending on his sig, but wasnt actually pending until now (officially)

well they approved my mod, within 72 hours (i think within 48) so i am happy..

except i have no comments on it, so i dont know how people like it...
