why hardcode irrelevant keywords to the default styles ?

I would like to ask the developers of smf Why they decided to hardcode the keywords in the default style with this line

I am only trying to understand .... why would you hardcode irrelevant keywords ?

They are just default ones.

If you want to change them you can do so.
Or use a mod

I am fully aware of the fact that I can change those.

I am only trying to understand the reason behind by default inserting irrelevant keywords to the backbone of every single page on every single smf board.....

I am trying to understand why the developers decided to hardcode those keywords into the template rather than giving the board admin a field to fill in the server settings, under the forum name for example.... where he or she enters the keywords relevant to his or her site....

I did use the mod available.... that is not the issue.
