We don't use any sort of awards like thing here.

The Support Helper of the Month is actually a private group moderated by the Lead Support Specialists (currently Jerm and myself).

Yeah, the trophy was kindly donated by Metallica48423 which originally had the plaque "Disco Ballet Champion 2007" on it.

Well, even though I have been gone for some time, I think this is such a good idea! It encourages people to give better and more accurate support. Usually it should be done without waiting for anything in return, but it's always nice to have the option of a little recognition. Thanks
