SQL syntax error

on upgrading from 1.1.4 to 2.0 i get the following error and upgrade stops

Error!
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 's')' at line 4

any help on this would be much appreciated

seems to be ok now after i ran the upgrade in debug mode
