member count conversion problem

Converted to SMF from phpbb3. When I first installed, I created an admin account. After I did the conversion, all was good. The only remaining problem I see is that I'm still showing a member count of 1, rather than the 143 that are there. If you click MEMBERS, all my members show up, but on the index page, it only says 1. Might be a problem for visitors, or when I want to submit for review at theadminzone.com.

Ideas?

Go to Admin -> Forum maintenance and click Recount totals.
