Global Moderator not able to use warning/infraction system...

I have searched the forums and google and all over my forum configs, but I cannot find out how to set it so that the Global Moderator can warn users. Any assistance? TY

Admin CP > Permissions > Global Moderator (Modify) ?

Did you check in there first?

That worked. I swear I was on that page and CTRL+F'd it, but I fixed it now.

Ok.  We have a second blind individual here.  I just scoured my GMod permissions and I can't find where this setting is located either.  In what section of the permissions is this located?  I swear I'm not going blind, so please help me.
