Do i put a rules section in my forum? Im not sure whether to or not and what do i put down for general rules that isn't actually in the agreement when becoming a member? My forum is a games consoles / pcs forum.

I would repeat rules on the agreement along with a list of general rules. Members may not remember rules when they signed up.

I have an announcements forum and a new members section.
I link it in those.
I personally dislike having a copy of the same rules in every topic.

I also follow the mantra. Ignorance is not an excuse.

The only thing I'd consider adding the to the agreement is regarding rights of users to request removal of posts/content.
(of which I don't allow, other than personal information)
