How do I do this using table tag?

this column width=100%

You can't currently.
Its only BASIC table option.

No other parameters can be specified.
Not size, not alignment, not border

Thanks Karl. There is a tabular mod for SMF 1.3(?). I will try to manually add into SMF 2.3 beta.
