Questiion re "webmaster"

I'm an idot when it comes to the actual workings of my site.  I own the Domain, and the site is mine, yet the old owners' name is still in a couple of areas...one being under the "webmaster address', and another being "absolute path to all smileys" to name a couple.  Can I just delete her addy and name and input mine without causing any trouble?  The warning at the top of that page scares me a little and I don't want to do any damage...Maybe this should have been posted somewhere else?

Her name in the absolute path addresses shouldn't (necessarily) be changed.
As that is the folder of your account on the server.
So unless you change the path, don't change that.
The server path is usually generated on setting up that account on the server. Sometimes you can change it via your host panel. Other times not.

Changing the webmaster address should be ok.
