Newby...server recommendations?

Hi--I am wanting to install this into a new website, and am not familiar with PHP.  I am wondering if anyone can recommend a hosting company that would provide a single-site hosting plan that would easily accomodate this.

I'm currently using GoDaddy for a couple sites, and their support does not seem too savvy with the more technical questions--any ideas who would be good to try?

How large will your website and user base be?

For starters, a cheap hosting should do. But be careful to pick a reliable host, don't use some unknown host.

EDIT: If you already have a web host, chances are, it will support PHP and MySQL (most web hosts do these days), unless if it's an ASP/JSP host.
