Am I missing something? FTP Information required, yet no box to enter it.

I was having trouble installing packages, said I didn't have the proper permissions. Well after a search I found that if I added a temp folder with it's permissions set to 777 it would allow me to install packages.

Now when I try to install I get the summary of the changes to be made with a small banner with the words "FTP Information" but it doesn't have anywhere for me to enter that information. Is there something I'm missing?

Hmm I think I had that problem too. Clearing my cookies made the box show again.
