Yes it does. There are no Theme edits in it.

I got this error while installing on 2.0.7 the install test failed with serious error
What do i do now?

Or, unpack the MOD, edit "english.xml" and find:

Code Select

<file name="$languagedir/Modifications.english_british.php">
Replace with:

Code Select

<file name="$languagedir/Modifications.english_british.php" error="skip">
Repack the MOD and install it
