Editing Welcome Email

I've searched and found the posts about this subject but I think just for older version 1.1.* SMF, not for SMF 2.

There is some login code that you can edit in forum/Themes/default/languages/Login.english.php but I couldn't find anything on the the Welcome Email. Is this now in a different file and where do I go to edit it?

The file I would use (but can't find on the forum but rather on the server) is in the same directory you
have mentioned but is called  EmailTemplates.english.php

Actually, after checking it is on the forum under

Configuration   -  Current theme - Modify Theme and then hit the languages directory and then EmailTemplates.english.php

Perfect, I installed the forum on my PC and then uploaded everything from there so I found that new to SMF 2 file at:

• forum/Themes/default/languages/EmailTemplates.english.php
