Switching Servers

I just switched servers and I am having some issues. I can't get my site to recognize that the SMF data is inside of the Joomla database. I had an old SMF database prior to putting the Orstio bridge into place.

If you look at the bottom of my site the "Recent Topics" feature appears to be pulling from the Joomla database.

Any suggestions on how to configure this so it works again?
