count child board posts

I remember hearing somewhere that posts in child board posts don't affect the total post count, can someone make a mod to do so?

Of course it affects. They wont appear in boardindex ( 223 Posts in 22 Topics), but personal post count is differend thing.

the thing is is that I want it to affect that so I have an accurate post count on the board index.
