Beta 4 and chartered membership

I have just noticed that this forum is now Beta 4.

Is this available if I join as a charted member please?

Secondly is there any support documentation for 2.0 other than the forums?

Beta 4 is not yet available.
Not to Charter Members, nor the public.

It is not the final beta 4 version that will be released either. Plenty more bug fixes remain plus the semanticising of the default theme.
