2.0 Beta 3.1 - what are the updates

After installing 3.1 as a brand new forum, I tried password reminder and it did not work.

A search led to to a bug report dated 18/03/08:

So I am just thinking does that mean none of the bugs reported from 3.0 have been resolved in 3.1 some of them,... or a cut off date.

In particular the one where email addresses are made public after registration rather than private, that was fixed a long while ago but is it working correctly in 3.1?

I'm pretty certain that 3.1 only fixed some security issues so you'll need to apply the fix manually or wait until 2.0b4
