Tiny Portal : mohon bantuan instalasi

salam kenal.

saya ada masalah dengan instalasi Tiny Portal (TPv1.05beta1.zip) di forum saya yang memakai SMF v 1.1.5 .
cerita nya begini:

setelah saya uplod dari menu pacakage dan sukses, lalu saya install dengan muncul keterangan seperti ini :

nah saya perhatikan yang no 11 itu kok keterangannya test failed??
tapi saya teruskan saja instalasinya, dan berhasil hingga keluar tulisan diatas halaman web saya seperti ini :

Settings table exists

Updated version to 105
Blocks table exists
Changed pos in blocks table
Updated old blocks
Variables table exists.
Changed value5 in variables table

Modules table already exists.
TinyPortal´s table structure is now installed/updated.

namun menu tiny portalnya gak keluar... dan forum saya tidak ada perubahan. alias tetep gak ada portalnya.
kira-kira hal semacam ini apa penyebabnya??? dan mohon buat rekan2 dapat membantu saya.

oh ya..
sekedar info. di forum saya cuma ada 2 mods selain tinyportal :

Thank-O-Matic   1.2.3  dan SMF Gallery Lite 1.8.3

apakah karena 2 mod inikah??

Bisa juga disebabkan oleh mod2 sebelumnya yang sudah Anda instal.

1. Coba uninstal semua mod.
2. Instal TP dulu
3. Instal mod lain.

Kalau masih error, cob mulai dari 0, fresh instal.

mengikuti saran bos cyclon...semua mod sudah saya uninstall. dan sukses.
namun terakhir saya uninstall tinyportal ada keterangan seperti ini :

setelah semua mods saya uninstall.... dan instal ulang tinyportal....langsung berhasil
