Access denied for user ???

Hello, I am still fairly new to all of this, but I got everything set up and when I start the converter I get these errors: 

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'ejr19550_smf1'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/ejr19550/public_html/smf/convert.php on line 324

and

Converting...
Converting membergroups... Unsuccessful!
This query:
DELETE FROM `ejr19550_smf1`.smf_permissions
WHERE ID_GROUP > 4;
Caused the error:

Access denied for user 'ejr19550'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

I tried to research a little and found nothing similar???

Are you trying to convert from Yabb or Yabb SE?

My version: YaBB 2.1

Also I just tried to access the smf forum to see which version of that to be sure and I get this error now:

Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later

Did I lock something up/out now?  Sorry... I am still green at this...

Contact your host with the above (First) error.

That is a generic mysql error saying permissions have not been granted correctly to the database.
